Product design

Based on your requirements, wishes, and vision, we develop technical solutions and transform them into technical plans and 3D models ready for the production process.

Tool design and manufacturing

For the production of your products, we create technical tool designs, which are then applied in our (or your) production process, and we manufacture the agreed tooling for product fabrication.

Rolling and vulcanization

On our two-roll mill, we mix and pre-process compounds for the vulcanization process. In our production, we manufacture products using CR, NBR, NR, and EPDM compounds, as well as silicones.

CNC machining of metal products and components

Our CNC lathe and vertical machining center enable us to manufacture products from metal materials. We produce these both for our own needs and according to customer orders. Combined with design services and programming, our expertise is integrated into a comprehensive offering of metal products.

Measurements & laboratory

To ensure and verify the high quality standards of our products, we perform measurements of rubber hardness, metal surface properties, tensile strength testing, and DVR. In line with our customers’ specific requirements, we also test other product properties through a pre-processing procedure.

Metal engraving and laser engraving of rubber

Tech-gum d.o.o. offers comprehensive engraving services for metal components (both laser and mechanical) and laser engraving of rubber products. These services provide durable and precise marking of your products with desired serial numbers, logos, production dates, and more.
