At Tech-gum d.o.o., we carefully pre-mix and blend compounds (CR, NBR, NR, SBR, EPDM and silicones) on our two-roll mill, adding various additives as needed to achieve the desired properties—elasticity, resistance to media, and environmental influences.

Vulcanization Process

After precise milling, the compound undergoes vulcanization on one of our 14 rubber presses, where the final product is formed. In line with our quality policy, we ensure repeatability and consistent product quality.

Our Process
