Tech-gum d.o.o. is a family-owned company founded in 2003 that grew from a small two-founder workshop into a modern manufacturer of technical rubber and metal products. Today, we employ over 25 specialists and operate 14 rubber presses and 2 CNC machining centers, enabling rapid adaptation to the requirements of diverse railway projects.
For many years we have supplied rubber strips, membranes, seals, and other interior railcar components, using a range of specialized compounds (NR, NBR, SBR, CR, EPDM) and silicones that deliver exceptional resistance to abrasion, temperature fluctuations, and chemical exposure.
Our Production Capacity and Quality Control
The entire process—from mixing compounds on our two-roll mill, through vulcanization on our 14 rubber presses, to pre-processing metal components (blasting, multi-component adhesive application) and CNC machining—takes place in our own modern facilities. Every step is digitally managed and monitored. In our laboratory, we perform hardness measurements, tensile tests, DVR, and surface inspections to ensure each product meets your technical specifications.
