In the period 2020-2021, we embarked on the project of digitalizing production and business processes. As part of the Digital Transformation Operation of Tech-gum d.o.o., we will optimize the production process and further strengthen process and quality monitoring of our products with innovative real-time data capture solutions.
For further development and modernization of business functions, we will undergo a digital transformation of all areas of the company’s organization and improve employees’ competencies in business digitalization. The operation involves purchasing new hardware and software, collaborating with an external expert, other external collaborators for the successful implementation of digitalization, and the work of our employees. Implementation will lead to an increase in added value per employee during 2019-2022. The digital transformation process will encompass all five essential company functions: project management, quality control, production and development, procurement and sales, and human resources. This will contribute to optimizing business processes and operations. As part of the operation, in addition to improved business processes, we will also introduce more energy and material-efficient production processes, products, and services (energy-efficient hardware, new digital service, digitalized production process), reducing the company’s impact on the environment.
The operation will be co-financed by 60% by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund.
